Age Limits:

AS OF JULY 2010: It is ILLEGAL to tattoo any MINOR with or without parental permission by anyone, anywhere, in the state of Minnesota.
Minor = Anyone under age 18

*Therefore, if you are not 18 years of age or older you CANNOT get tattooed anywhere in MN.

Clients age 18 or older:

Must provide a proper form  of VALID photo ID to get tattooed. 

Types of Valid ID's are:

  • State Identifcation Card
  • State Driver's Permit Card
  • State Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Tribal Identification Card
  • Resident Alien Card
  • US Military ID Card

Minnesota State Law requires that every person provide a valid state or government issued photo ID card to get tattooed, no matter what age. 

*Clipped or expired ID's are NOT VALID unless you have renewal papers with them.
(No ID = No Tattoo)

Appointments:

Appointments must be made in person and require a $100.00 deposit.  The deposit is non-refundable, but does guarantee your time.  If you must reschedule the appointment you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.  If you do not, you then forfeit your deposit.

Touch Ups:

  • Touch ups are free at the tattooer's discretion within 6 months of getting tattooed. 

  • Touch ups must be scheduled with the same artist that did the tattoo. 

  • If your tattoo artist no longer works at the shop we will gladly give you any forwarding information the artist has left to allow you to find them and get your touch up. 
    ***We cannot require another artist to honor the touch up agreement you have with any other artist.
