Anoka County Body Art Ordinance #2003-2
11.3 Before performing any body art procedure on any client, the technician must request proof of age which must be established by one of the following forms of identification:
1. A valid driver's license or identification card issued by the State of Minnesota, or other state, and including the photograph and date of birth of the person; 2. A valid military identification card issued by the United States Department of Defense; 3. A valid passport; 4. A valid resident alien card. 11.3.2 No technician may pierce a minor without the written permission from a custodial parent given in person at the establishment. 11.3.3 Nipple and genital piercing or tattooing on minors is prohibited regardless of parental consent. |
